While uploading my pictures from my camera to my computer tonight, I ran across this picture... which I obviously did not take!

That is my desk chair tipping backward... he looks so scared! That definately does not look safe.

Its a Girl!

No, I am not pregnant.. but my sister Jenna is and tonight we found out via ichat that they are going to have a Baby Girl!

We all voted boy or girl to show Jenna and Curtis.

Anxiously awaiting for Jenna to hold up the outfit. This is a tradition that Kris and I did when telling the genders of our babies. Jenna and Curtis carried on that tradition!

Is that a dress with pink flowers on it? Yes!!! I couldnt believe my eyes... we are so excited to welcome a baby girl into the extended Garlock family!

Constructive Eating

I found these this week for Hendrix since he loves Trucks!

Now at each meal if he doesnt get his truck fork and spoon he says Truck! Truck!

My Carson Keith

Kris went up to get the boys church clothes in their room and noticed an empty bottle of Childrens grape night time cough & cold medicine on their bathroom counter. We asked around and Carson said he drank it all. We panicked, trying to get as much info from him as possible. Kris was just in their bathroom about 2 hours before and it wasnt there. We called poison control and they said that the first ingredient causes the heart to slow way down and the second causes it to speed up and we needed to get him to the closest emergency room immediately. Kris jumped in the car and they took him back as soon as he arrived at the ER. Because we did not actually see him drink that amount of medicine, the Dr did not want to put Carson through giving him Charcoal because of how sick he would get, they hooked him up to heart, oxygen and blood pressure monitors and kept him for the afternoon. They were ready to give him 2 shots if needed... one to speed up the heart rate and one to slow it down. We are so relieved that he never needed either. After a little nap he is back to his normal self and after a dose of Xanax, I am back to my normal self. ( if such a thing exists!) Between my broken foot, the flu and now this... we can't take much more... enough already!

SWEET Dreams

Carson loves to pick out a Giant Chocolate Chip cookie at Panera for his treat. Today, he took a few nibbles and fell asleep with it right by him~ definately sweet dreams!

My Sister Ashley was Purposed to by her boyfriend Jeff and..... She said YES!

They will be married on July 10th and we are so happy for them!

Fronk (my Mom) and Howard Weinstein ( Me) are back in business, planning another wedding~

Angels

Last Night Kris took me to an Angels Game. It has been a long time since we have gone to a sporting event together and we had a lot of fun! The Seats are AMAZING, 2 rows behind home plate and we at in the Diamond Club and enjoyed the most DELICIOUS all you can eat dinner while watching the game on the deck.

We had such a fun night... and it never hurts when the Angels win too!

This weekend we had 2 things to celebrate:

Gavin and Collin's Great report cards!

And Collin winning the Game ball in his Baseball game this week!

We are so proud of our Big boys!

We went to the Spectrum to see How to Train your Dragon and had dinner at CPK.

We were minus one child because Carson was in Utah with Mimi and Papa and we sure missed having him with us but WOW is 3 Kids Easy!

Grateful

I got my wish and did not need a Cast... just a walking Boot and I am happy as a clam. I have been wearing it for a week now and can finally walk in it as I am supposed to... it has been so sore! I have been thinking a lot about how blessed we are to be surrounded by so many amazing people.

We have had meals brought in, Carpool taken care of .. which is no easy task with the amount of shuttling I do, Phone calls, messages, etc... I could go on and on.... Basically I am Grateful.

My mother in Laws Phone calls in the mid morning from Jerusalem, Brighten my day! I Love talking to her when I can, and now that I rarely leave my house... we get to chat more often.

My Sister has driven me to Dr Appts, Target, Costco, Starbucks... you know.. all the important places. Along with taking great care of me, my house and kids. Aside from the accident I had falling in the shower... Ouch, Ouch, Ouch! She was holding my back but, I went forward... did I say OUCH?

The hours my parents have spent here are Countless. Never a Complaint. Just whole hearted Service. I Love them and Thank them for the stress they have taken from me and especially Kris.

And Lastly, Kris...My Love. He has maybe had the hardest job of dealing with my complaints of discomfort.. especially in the middle of the night. he always makes sure I am comfortable and my boys are taken care of perfectly. I Love him eternally.

Well, I feel like I am giving an acceptance speech for an award.... Nope, Just Especially Grateful tonight. XOXO
